چکیده
Improving production efficiency and developing green catalytic systems are key issues for applying Heck coupling reactions in the chemical industry. In this study, an amidoxime-fiber-supported Pd catalyst is prepared from polyacrylonitrile fiber, hydroxylamine hydrochloride, PdCl 2 . The morphology structure of characterized by scanning electron microscopy, energy-dispersive spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectrometer, diffraction, inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometer. A packed-bed flow reactor designed employed catalysis reaction iodobenzene styrene based on catalyst. effects temperature, rate, cycle time, reactant concentration conversion yield investigated. results show that optimal conditions continuous-flow single 70 °C, 30 mmol L −1 a solution N,N-dimethylformamide (100 mL) under continuous at rate mL min showed good activity stability after operation time 50 h, with 2.21 times higher than obtained traditional batch reaction. Furthermore, we have established new system numbering-up reactors parallel connection. four reactor. Kinetic studies reveal has low activation energy (8.8771 kJ mol ), indicating activity. This research provides alternative pathway highly efficient flow.

Anionic Pd(0) and Pd(II) intermediates in palladium-catalyzed Heck and cross-coupling reactions.
The anions of PdCl(2)L(2) and Pd(OAc)(2), precursors of palladium(0) used in cross-coupling and Heck reactions, play a crucial role in these reactions. Tricoordinated anionic complexes Pd(0)L(2)Cl(-) and Pd(0)L(2)(OAc)(-) are the effective catalysts instead of the usually postulated Pd(0)L(2) complex. The anion ligated to the palladium(0) affects the kinetics of the oxidative addition to ArI as...

متن کاملPd-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions of amides and aryl mesylates.
A catalyst, based on a biarylphosphine ligand, for the Pd-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions of amides and aryl mesylates is described. This system allows an array of aryl and heteroaryl mesylates to be transformed into the corresponding N-aryl amides in moderate to excellent yields.

The activation by a catalyst of phase-transfer type Aliquat-336 improves the reactivity in N, N-dimethylformamide-water mixture. The...
